How it works
A simple path from address or MLS# lookup to a brief you can use with buyers and listing-side conversations— typically in about 15–30 minutes after address or MLS# is submitted.

You run the conversation
Use the brief with your buyer or as prep for listing-agent questions. You stay the trusted advisor; we stay the diligence layer.

Timing.
Target turnaround is about 15–30 minutes after address or MLS# is submitted during normal working hours,
using public listing data. Complex packages or incomplete records may take longer; we will say so up front.
